Our pick-up service runs at 15:00 and 17:00 — giving you time to collect your ski gear, explore Happo, and relax with a coffee or lunch before we bring you to Canopy.
Note 1 When booking your ski rental with Central Snowsports or Rhythm, please ask them to pick you up when you arrive in Hakuba so you can get fitted before our shuttle collects you from their store.
Note 2If you're planning to rent or arrive by car, you MUST have BOTH 4WD/AWD and studless snow tyres. You are almost guaranteed to run into trouble without both these features; chains can be used instead of snow tyres, but you will find it very slow going and it is not recommended. If you are not confident driving in heavy snow and on icy mountain roads, please DO NOT come by car. Advance notice for parking is also required, as we have limited undercover parking and need to know how many vehicles we need to accommodate at all times
On departure, our Canopy shuttle will take you from Canopy to your chosen bus or train station.Please fill in the details of your departure station and the departing time of your bus or train below.We’ll let you know what time the shuttle will leave Canopy to ensure you arrive at the station on time.
