Canopy reception has discounted tickets for Cortina & Norikura Resort.

Discounted Canopy Lift Passes allow you to skip the ticket office line!

Shuttles

We provide shuttles to other resorts so you don’t miss out exploring the Hakuba Valley. 

The Canopy Shuttle drives from Canopy to Happo One Resort (stopping at Tsugaike & Iwatake Resorts along the way)

Resort Shuttle one-way ¥700 per person. 

Shuttles leaves between 8:30am – 9:00am each morning.

*Times are subject to change at any time. Limited spots available, please book a day in advance with reception.

Onsen

Need to thaw out those skiing legs?!

An onsen or a hot tub soak is the perfect remedy!

Traditional Japanese Onsen

Head to Green Plaza (3F) Hours: 13:00 ~ 18:00

Entry provides you with towels, and lovely shampoos, hair treatments & soaps. Even hair brushes, shavers & moisturisers!

Canopy’s Private Hot Tub

Don’t fancy getting naked with strangers? 

Need time to relax alone? 

Canopy’s Bath is the option for you!

Our spa is open for 1 x booking per day, and is available from 16:00

Bookings essential, please see one of our friendly staff members

Cost: ¥3,500 per booking

Canopy Restaurant

At the Canopy restaurant, you’ll enjoy great food in a relaxed homely atmosphere. 

We can provide you with Breakfast & Evening Meals.

Lunch

Canopy isn’t open for lunch, but Konisu Cafe is!

Konisu Cafe is found at 2 locations: bottom of Lift 6 & Lift 2 at Cortina Resort. 

Konisu Cafe at lift 2 is the easiest walking distance from Canopy. 

You’ll find this one in front of the Green Plaza Hotel. 

Are you having a rest day? Is the weather too unpleasant to walk in?

See Emily to arrange Konisu Cafe delivery to Canopy. 

Bar

The Canopy Bar is open from 15:30 every day. 

Please come and enjoy a refreshing drink after your day out on the slopes. 

We’ll have the fire going, and tasty snacks to refuel you too!

Evening Meals

Please enjoy your evening set menu from 18:00. 

See our friendly staff to book your table. 

We will happily accommodate any allergies or dietary requirements.

Washing

Please leave your washing with a staff member at reception during reception hours. 

Bring down your load of laundry in the basket supplied in your room. 

We’ll wash & dry for you, and it will be ready by the following day.

If you would like a linen refresh, please notify a Canopy staff member a day in advance.
