Guest Pre-Arrival
Pre-Arrival InformationÂ
To help us prepare for your arrival, all groups are required to complete the Canopy Pre-Arrival Information Form prior to their stay.
The form allows us to:
- Collect and review required guest information and documentation
- Coordinate arrival and departure arrangements
- Prepare your preferred room layouts
- Collect driver information for the complimentary Canopy cars (if applicable)
- Finalise any outstanding guest details
Before completing the form, please have the following ready:
- Copies of International Driving Permit (or equivalent) for each designated driver.
Please also prepare:
- Copies of the photo page of each guests’ passport page (you can send this to us separately ahead of your stay, once you have them at hand).
We understand that planning a large group holiday often involves a lot of moving parts! Which is why we have created this Guest Planning Hub to help guide you through the process.
Take your time to review the information throughout the hub, discuss arrangements with your group and make any decisions required. Once your plans are largely in place, we recommend completing the Pre-Arrival Information Form as soon as possible.

Please note: arrival and departure arrangements (where guests are not travelling directly to and from Canopy chalet) and access to the complimentary Canopy cars cannot be finalised until all required information and documentation have been received.
