Complimentary Guest Car
As part of your stay, Canopy Cortina provides two complimentary guest vehicles for use during the winter season. If your group would like to utilise the vehicles, please indicate this when completing the Guest Pre-Arrival Form.
The vehicles offer flexibility and convenience throughout your stay.
How It Works
- Two complimentary 7 seater 4WD cars are provided with your stay
- Driver documentation must be submitted and approved before vehicle access will be provided
- Vehicles are available for use throughout the duration of your booking
- Guests are responsible for operating the vehicles during their stay
- Vehicle collection and return arrangements will be confirmed prior to arrival
- Guests should ensure they are comfortable driving in winter conditions before choosing to use the vehicles
Eligibility
All drivers intending to use the complimentary guest cars must submit the following documentation prior to arrival:
- Copy of drivers license.
- Copy of International Driving Permit.Â
This information will be collected closer to your stay.
Terms of Use
- Driver documentation must be submitted and approved prior to arrival
- Only approved drivers may operate the cars
- Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned full
- Guests are responsible for fuel, parking charges, tolls and traffic fines
- Drivers must carry all legally required driving documentation with them while driving
- Any accidents, damage or mechanical issues must be immediately reported to Canopy
- Smoking is not permitted in the cars
- Additional terms and conditions will be provided prior to car handover
- Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned full
